CFR Compliance Group was founded by Michael P. Huthwaite after a 30-year career safety & health. He spent 25 years in highly regulated public utilities, followed by an additional 5 spent working with a worker’s compensation audit firm. Years of accident investigations and data analysis revealed a persistent gap in workplace safety—programs that looked complete on paper but failed in practice.
Working alongside field crews, he saw firsthand that true protection requires more than written compliance; it demands systems that are practical, accessible, and consistently executed in daily operations. CFR was built on that conviction: safety that performs where it matters most.
CFR was built to move compliance beyond a checkbox exercise - positioning it as a core part of operational protection.
